With over two decades of experience in hospitality management, Jenelle Mattimore joined Wilber Law Offices in 2018, initially as a part-time legal assistant. Her transition to the legal field provided the flexibility to raise her young family while expanding her skills, working closely with the firm’s discovery processes and coordinating with expert witnesses. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business from Vanguard University of Southern California, with a focus on leadership and management, Jenelle brings a wealth of organizational and strategic skills to the firm.

Today, as Office Manager, Jenelle brings a dedicated, patient, and organized approach to her work, which includes managing attorney schedules and court calendars, ordering and processing case discovery, coordinating with expert witnesses, drafting legal documents, managing the office financials, and maintaining open communication with clients- from intake through case resolution. Jenelle finds her role profoundly rewarding, knowing that her work contributes to helping people navigate some of the toughest times in their lives with support and compassion. With her unique blend of business acumen and heartfelt empathy, Jenelle is an invaluable asset to our team, embodying the spirit of service that defines Wilber Law Offices.
