Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Sam Daw is a fourth-generation Sonoma County native. He graduated from Maria Carrillo High School in 2000 and later moved to San Francisco to attend the Academy of Art. During this time, Sam worked on a general contracting crew, building a solid work ethic and commitment to community.
It was after meeting his wife, Natalie, that Sam was encouraged to pursue a career in law. This decision led him back to Sonoma County, where he attended Empire School of Law, graduating in 2013. He was sworn in that same year and has since dedicated his legal career exclusively to criminal defense.
In 2022, Sam joined Wilber Law Offices, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience and a reputation for tenacious advocacy on behalf of his clients. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with Natalie and their two young children, finding joy in family life and staying connected to his Sonoma County roots.
